Last Wednesday was held at the Hotel Thalasso Wellness Estepona Selenza the Commercial Bid Submission Banesto has done to those associated with the ESA, which includes the creation of a Card ESA client that will allow customers of the partner establishments, get free gifts and discounts as an incentive to shop in our town.
The event, attended by many members of ESA and Banesto customers interested in implementing this system of loyalty in business, was chaired by the Area Director of Banesto, Antonio Ruiz and Alfonso Herrera by our President, Gabriel Rubio Sánchez.
The operation of this system will redirect the consumer loyalty to the trade of our city and largely avoid that customers flee to nearby malls that already have implemented such systems. The new customer card of the ESA will be unique to the client and can be used in all establishments to join the initiative, both retail and hospitality and services.
This system will generate in Estepona establishments added value that will improve their competitive position and provide customers an additional incentive to buy, with the possibility of receiving gifts, discounts and benefits to use.
